When riding a quad, it's important to shift your body weight in the opposite direction of centrifugal force when taking turns. In left turns, ATVs often tend to tilt to the right, so you should shift your body weight to the left. With this technique, the rider uses their own body weight to balance the force, allowing for faster and safer turns. The opposite applies to right turns.
